Purdue Hockey
Scope collaborated with Purdue Hockey to develop a plan for building a multi-purpose ice rink to reduce travel costs and support community engagement. We conducted land and financial analyses, researched facilities at peer institutions, and evaluated funding strategies through alumni donations and sponsorships. Deliverables included a sorted alumni database, email templates for fundraising, and cost estimation spreadsheets to guide the project’s next steps and ensure long-term sustainability.

Anu (Gropod)
Our club partnered with Anu (Gropod) to develop a comprehensive ROI template for estimating long-term profitability across various regions. We analyzed water, electricity, and production costs to tailor the template for locations in the U.S. and other target markets. Additionally, we calculated projected monetary savings for customers over the product's lifecycle. The findings were compiled into detailed White Papers and presented to the CEO, providing actionable insights for strategic expansion.

Homestead Resources
​Our club partnered with Homestead Resources, a certified housing agency and CDFI, to develop an expansion strategy for its financial counseling, small loans, and affordable housing services. We conducted county-level market research, analyzed partner demographics, and assessed loan distribution to identify high-potential growth areas. Based on our findings, we proposed two strategic pathways along with a detailed Excel guide to support implementation and drive Homestead toward its goal of issuing 1,000 loans.

Indie Coffee Roasters
​Scope collaborated with Indie Coffee Roasters to expand their wholesale customer base. We developed a leads list of potential clients, created a survey to assess coffee preferences, and conducted market research to identify high-value prospects based on brand alignment, location, pricing, and customer reviews. These efforts provided Indie with targeted growth opportunities and actionable insights to strengthen their customer outreach strategy.
