Focal Realty
Scope partnered with Focal Realty, property management group, to automate real estate data analysis and improve decision-making. We developed Python scripts using Selenium to scrape property records, including addresses, ownership details, and descriptions, enabling data-driven insights for strategic purchases. In the next phase, we enhanced the tool with Zillow API integration and a user-friendly Flask-based GUI, streamlining data access and empowering the client to make faster, more informed investment decisions.

Beta Agency
Our club collaborated with Beta Agency, a commercial real estate firm, to develop a visual, interactive dashboard for tracking property data. Using Power BI, we created a customizable platform to map property details such as location, property type, walk and bike scores, and historical performance. The dashboard streamlined data visualization, enabling easier access to insights and improving client decision-making. Additionally, we provided a user manual to support long-term usability and adaptability.

Trueblood Real Estate
​Our club partnered with Trueblood Real Estate to improve data accessibility and visualization for their agents. We analyzed the company's business model to understand client needs and using Microsoft Excel with VBA programming, we developed Python scripts to standardize agent data sheets and created a custom data visualization tool. The final solution enhances usability, supports live data updates, and provides password-protected dashboards for secure and personalized agent insights.

Halock Security Labs
​We partnered with Halock to analyze and evaluate 10-K reports for cybersecurity risk disclosures. We assessed data from 100+ reports, identifying trends, scoring patterns, and gaps in risk management practices. Key findings highlighted areas for improvement, such as resource allocation and expertise transparency. We delivered visualizations and insights to support SEC compliance and provided recommendations to help companies enhance their reporting and risk management strategies.
