Scope partnered with Chick-fil-A to optimize kitchen storage and improve operational efficiency. We reorganized products in the refrigerator and freezer, streamlining workflows and enhancing accessibility. Additionally, we addressed a bottleneck issue at the registers, reducing transaction times by 25% and increasing overall customer throughput.

Whirlpool

Scope collaborated with Whirlpool to document process standards using Muri and MODAPTS analysis. We evaluated task completion times, identified inefficiencies, and proposed countermeasures to address high-waste processes and excessive workloads. Leveraging these insights, we developed a manpower forecast and delivered a comprehensive closing assessment of time standards to guide future improvements.

Great Harvest Bread Co.

​Scope collaborated with Great Harvest Bread Co. to optimize inventory and production processes. We analyzed historical sales and inventory data to develop custom algorithms for predicting daily production quantities and designed user-friendly inventory sheets to streamline operations. Additionally, we simplified batch calculations, reducing processing time and enhancing efficiency

Greyhouse

Our consulting club partnered with Greyhouse to improve cost efficiency and inventory management. We analyzed sales data through the company’s POS system to identify labor-intensive and high-cost ingredients. Leveraging this data, we developed a forecasting model to predict ingredient quantities needed for future time frames, enabling better planning and cost control.
